Iilee Pederson
WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI (WSAU) — The woman accused of swindling up to $120,000 from the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Marshfield may have a plea deal with the state.
Iilee Pederson is accused of making unauthorized cash withdrawals from the charity over two years, then presenting the board with redacted bank statements to cover her actions.
Charges were filed against her in late 2025. When confronted, she said she took the money because one of her relatives was having financial trouble. She’s now accused of multiple felonies, including five counts of fraud by a corporate officer, three counts of theft in a business setting, and one count of money laundering. Two misdemeanor counts of theft in a business setting have also been filed.
Terms of the potential deal are expected to be presented during a hearing on September 9th. The 39-year-old is free on a signature bond with several conditions, including no contact with the charity and no leaving the state of Wisconsin without prior approval.
