STEVENS POINT, WI (WSAU-WAOW) — A 44-year-old man was airlifted to a hospital after crashing his motorcycle in Stevens Point on Thursday.
Stevens Point Police Department officers and Stevens Point Fire Department crews responded to the area of Fremont Street and Jefferson Street around 5:30 PM. They found the man, who was the only person on the motorcycle, with serious injuries.
Officers believe alcohol was a factor in the crash. No further information, including the victim’s name and the nature of his injuries, has been released.
