STATE COLLEGE, PA (WSAU) – Trailing 17-0, Wisconsin rallied in the 4th quarter to beat Penn State, 24-20.
The Badgers rallied with two late touchdowns, taking the lead for good when Colton Joseph threw a 72-yard touchdown pass to Jacob Harris.
Penn State had a final chance to win the game, when quarterback Rocco Becht threw the ball out of the back of the end zone oon the final play of the game.
The comeback was Wisconsin’s biggest since rallying from 18-down against Illinois in 2006.
The Badgers (3-1) return to Madison for their homecoming game against Michigan State next Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 11:30am.
