Milwaukee Brewers
MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) – The Brewers may be off for the All-Star break, but the front office is continuing to make moves.
According to Brewers beat writer Todd Rosiak, Milwaukee is sending relief pitcher Easton McGee to the Kansas City Royals for cash after he appeared in 2 big-league games this season, posting a 0.00 ERA over 2.0 innings pitched.
While in Triple-A Nashville, McGee posted a 4-1 record with a 4.68 ERA across 16 games (2 starts).
This trade comes just two days after the Brewers activated RHP Coleman Crow from the 15-day injured list and acquired shortstop Braden Shewmake from the Houston Astros for cash.
