SHAWANO, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – A previous missing person case is now a death investigation in Shawano County.
They say the search for Nathaniel J. Robinson, 34, started on Oct. 28, focused on an area near Sturgeon Park, utilizing a drone and airboat.
They say his body was found around 3:30pm the next day in the Wolf River.
The family of Robinson has been informed, and no further details are being released at this time. Both the sheriff’s office and Shawano Police have stated they will not conduct interviews regarding the incident.
Authorities are urging anyone who had recent contact with Robinson to contact their non-emergency dispatch at 715-526-3111.
The Sheriff’s Office is leading the ongoing investigation.
