MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) — Khris Middleton led the Bucks with 34 points, six rebounds, and five assists in a 133-127 win over Sacramento Saturday at Fiserv Forum.
Jrue Holiday added 26 points while Donte DiVincenzo scored 20 off the bench as Milwaukee used a balanced scoring effort to make up for the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo.
George Hill scored 17, Pat Connaughton chipped in 15. Bobby Portis grabbed 12 rebounds to go with six points and three assists.
Sacramento was led by 29 points from Harrison Barnes. All five of the Kings’ starters scored at least 17 points, though the bench added just 22 points in the loss.
Giannis sat out the game with soreness in his right knee. Grayson Allen was also inactive with hip issues.
Milwaukee (30-19) is off until Wednesday when they return to Central Division play at Cleveland. The Bucks are 1-1 against the Cavs so far this season, with both of those games coming at home.
