MILLADORE, WI (WSAU-WAOW) – Two people were hurt when the pickup truck they were in was hit by a train in Wood County on Monday.
The sheriff’s office says around 2:15pm, the truck stopped too closely to the track on Mayflower Road, near Highway P, in the Township of Milladore.
WAOW-TV spoke to a neighbor, who says he helped pull the couple from the vehicle after it flipped over.
They were transported to a hospital, but we’ve received no updates on their condition.
No names have been released from the incident.
