Willow Newell is crowed as Miss Wisconsin during the 2025 Miss Wisconsin Pageant on June 22nd, 2025.
MADISON, WI (WTAQ) — A new Miss Wisconsin has been crowned, and she’s making history.
Willow Newell, who competed in the annual pageant as Miss Racine, receives $13,000 in scholarships along with other gifts and awards.
She will compete for the title of Miss America 2026 the first week of September in Orlando, Florida.
For the talent phase of competition, Newell sang “And I’m Telling You” from the musical Dreamgirls.
A Wisconsin native, Newell has been participating in Miss Wisconsin since 2017, when she competed as a teen delegate. She graduated from Carthage College in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theater.
