MADISON, WI (WSAU) — A federal grand jury in Madison has charged a Stevens Point man with using a messenger app to distribute child porn.
Alexander Kucharski was charged with four counts of distributing child pornography. According to the indictment he used Kik to distribute the images in the fall of 2021.
The 21-year-old was arrested on April 12th at a Stevens Point apartment as part of a SWAT team incident.

If found guilty on the federal charges he faces between 5 and 20 years in prison.
